  • Whilst we will treat your pets with the utmost care, all animals staying with us do so at the owners risk and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to them during their stay.

  • Rabbit owners - Please bring Up-To-Date Vaccination Certificates for Myxomatosis & VHD. 

  • All of your pets will be inspected on arrival.  We reserve the right to refuse admission to animals if they are showing signs of infectious disease, injury or are in poor condition. We also reserve the right to refuse chickens which we believe are Cockerels! 

  •  Boarded hens will not free range and will not be allowed to mix with our poultry.  Bedding will be cleaned and changed as required to maintain a healthy environment.

 

  • As we have hens of our own, we sell the eggs to local customers & use that money to buy layers pellets, corn and bedding. If you would prefer to give us permission to keep any eggs they lay (even if your girls aren't regular layers), we will provide their food and treats in exchange. If you prefer us to keep their eggs for you to collect, we do request that you provide their own food.

  • Small furry animals will be allocated a hutch and will be given their own feed which will be supplied by you to ensure they have the diet they are used to.  

  • Prices are charged per day. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • If your holiday needs to be cancelled, we will be willing to transfer your 50% non-refundable deposit to another date.

  • We are requesting that all drop-offs and collections are made at the front door. Please could pay any deposit into our account when booking and pay any balance into our account before you drop them off to us. If that is not possible, you can leave the cash in an envelope with their food & hay etc.

  • An appointment time will be arranged between you and ourselves for drop off and collection times. If the collection of your pets is delayed, please let us know. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds for unexpected late drops off or early collections. Any veterinary charges or extra boarding fees must be paid in full, prior to your pets leaving our premises.

 

  • If we need to take your pets to the Vet, the one we use is Vets4Pets in Camborne. If you prefer your pets to go to their own Vet, we will do this for you, but there will be a charge of £0.50 per mile.

**Should any pet become unwell during its stay with us, we will try to contact you for your instructions, but if we are unable to make contact with you, we will use our experience to decide upon what action to take.  If we consider it necessary, we will take your pet to our vet for treatment at your cost, unless you request us not to, in writing.**

Please Note - As we have encountered several problems with not being able to reach people -  i.e Incorrect Number Provided, Flat Mobile, No Roaming Facility, Lost Mobile....... We do request a 2nd contact number if possible

Monday: 2pm - 6pm

Tuesday: 2pm - 6pm

Wednesday: 2pm - 4pm

Thursday: 2pm - 6pm

Friday: 11am - 6pm

Saturday: 11am - 6pm

Sunday: 11am - 6pm

If these times are unsuitable for drop off, please book your pets in for the day before.

If these times are unsuitable for collection, please book your pets stay until the next day.
